A Dedicated Pediatric Surgeon, Healing with Precision and Care

For me, Surgeon is more than a profession, it is a profound commitment to the most vulnerable patients-our children and the families who place their deepest trust in my hands. My journey in surgery, spanning over a decade, has been a continuous pursuit of mastery, driven by the belief that every child deserves the most advanced, compassionate, and precise surgical care possible.

My foundation in medicine was built at Rangpur Medical College, where I earned my MBBS degree in 2011. Following my internship in 2012, I spent three formative years as a Resident Medical officer where the realities of patient care honed my resilience, decision making skills, and deep seated compassion. This bedside experience became the bedrock upon which my surgical philosophy rests.

Driven by a specific calling to alleviate the suffering of children, I embarked on the rigorous path to become a pediatric surgeon. I was selected for the highly competitive Master of surgery (MS) course in Pediatric Surgery at prestigious Dhaka Medical College, under the Bangladesh Medical University. The 5 year residency, which I proudly completed in 2025, was a transformative period. It was an immersion into the complex world of a child’s Physiology, where I managed a vast spectrum of cases across pediatric general surgery, urology, oncology and neurosurgery. This comprehensive training equipped me to see the child as a whole, understanding the interconnectedness of different systems.

Recognizing that the future of surgery is minimally invasive, I pursued and completed advanced training in Pediatric Laparoscopic Surgery at Dhaka Medical College. This specialized skill allows me to perform complex procedures through tiny incisions, which translates to less pain, minimal scarring, and faster recovery for my young patients.

Today I stand as a surgeon whose expertise is built on a triad of extensive experience, highest level qualification, and cutting edge technical skill. I am proficient in managing

• General pediatric surgical conditions (hernias, congenital anomalies, abdominal emergencies)
• Pediatric Urology (Hypospadias, Undescended testis, PUJ obstruction, Cosmetic Circumcision)
• Surgical pediatric oncology (Solid tumor resections)
• Neurosurgical cases in children (in collaboration with neurosurgical teams)
• Advanced Minimally Invasive (Laparoscopic) Procedures for a wide range of conditions.

Beyond the techniques and titles, my practice is guided by a simple principle: to treat every child as if they were my own. I believe in clear, empathetic communication with parents, involving them as partners in the care process. My goal is not just to surgically correct a condition, but to ensure the child can return to the joys of childhood with minimal disruption.
